About

Eleonora is a Freelance Art, Music, Fashion and Culture writer based in Berlin, Germany.

In her work, she explores the intersections between past, present and future with current cultural contexts.

She has a degree in Media, Communications and Cultural Studies from Newcastle University, United Kingdom. There, she co-founded the first-ever Fashion Society, which was an expression of her fervent interest in fashion. She also undertook modules in History of Art, Fashion Communication, and Gender Studies, encapsulating her interest in the fields.

Eleonora’s work has been published in The Spill Magazine, Indie Is Not A Genre, Urban Flaiire, The Independent, Fashion United, and Women’s Health. As a music journalist, she writes music reviews and features and has had the chance to interview Olivier Libaux of Nouvelle Vague and review Courtney Barnett’s gig in Newcastle.

Eleonora likes to explore all types of visual art, including fashion, through words, detailing the subtle nuances of colours, emotions, and cultural contexts.

She is particularly interested in the ’60/’70s hippie movement, the ’80s/’90s rave scene, and today’s eclectic amalgamation of styles and influences. She finds interviews, profiles and features to be the most relinquishing, along with reviews.

Alongside freelance writing, Eleonora ventures into copywriting and content creation for fashion and jewellery brands. Some of the brands she’s worked with include Dune London, Cath Kidston, Heidi Klein, Angelic Diamonds, and Maqu. She is also a writer and can be often seen sitting in ambient cafes, drinking hot chocolate and observing her surrounding world through poems and short stories. Eleonora is also a certified Therapeutic Writing Facilitator, exploring healing through somatic writing, journaling, and intuitive poetry.
